Grillzbase (Whitechapel)

• I ordered the same as my family members as it was my first time going
• It was apparent that the chicken had been made before hand and was sitting there for some poor soul to devour
• The portion was so small that we could literally count the chips on the miniature plate
• The waiters were not polite or welcoming
• The decor was ugly and the table was etched with peoples' name
• When we ordered the food the kebabs came straight away and was cold and looked like the frozen kebab from a supermarket
• The lamb chop was charcoaled burnt and the food tasted overall nasty and sweet with overloaded onions
• The table was shoved in a long cold room with no heating until requested
• The chips were actually the best to eat alongside the half chicken which i ordered
• It was not a restaurant of what i had expected with very low hygiene standards
• Initially came into order wings but they had a huge order due to an event across the road so was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for fresh wings
• Chef noticed some chicken wings were nearly done so grilled them and gave us couple of free grilled wings with our order which was a nice touch
• The chicken itself was tender and fresh and one of the best grilled chickens I've had in a long time
• I was never happy with their attitude and the tone they speak with their client
• I was always happy with their food
• Today the behaviour i experienced with them regarding the wrong food delivery left me speecless
