The Grill (Stratford)

• The Grill (Stratford) is known for its steaks and its speciality of 4 types of sauces
• A tender chicken steak grilled to perfection (according to menu) with a side and salad
• I went for the fish which was a Sea bass Fillet with steak chips and creamy mushroom sauce
• All i can say is that the fish was absolutely awesome
• The filet itself was so soft and tender with the marinated flavours being just right in terms of spiciness
• The flavours of the fish were a perfect combination of ingredients
• Very nice steak chips and a very healthy portion of real fresh salad with plenty of diced tomatoes
• The chicken steak was very nice too
• Maybe it could have been a bit more rich in flavour itself or slightly more marinated in its own individual sauce but might be even nicer with one of the other sauce options next time
• The wife and I are very small and petite people with a generally small appetite
• We managed to finish both dishes comfortably and were very full without the need for any starters or other sides
• The childrens chicken pasta was very nice too
• Very saucy and creamy with a mix of herbs and flavours
• The dessert was excellent too
• Gorjus tasting cake with 3 layers of actual real chocolate
• All in all a great place with definite value for money and excellent tasting food which will tempt us back for more next time and hopefully try the other dish and sauce combinations
• Service was great with smiles all round and at the end everyone asking if we had enjoyed our food and if there was anything they could do to improve
• I only realised when i got to the car and looked at the bill so i returned to pay and was thanked very greatfully by all behind the counter
• The 1 an only negative for us was that they didn't take card payment and luckily i was carrying enough cash
• Im sure this is an issue that they will surely address in the near future
• Fat and crispy and tasted even better with the sweet chilli sauce
• They were alright but was difficult to take them out of the stick
• The guy who served us probably was couldn't wait to get rid of us there was 7 of us and we were is a really great and energetic mood
• Somehow it felt us laughing and taking out time ordering was really getting on his nerves
• Went there with couple of friends and tried their mega feast
• The service here isn't the best but the food honestly makes up for it
• The pricing is very cheap and presentation of food is beautiful
