Firebrand Pizza (Marylebone)

• Firebrand brings a welcome change and new offering to the area with its wood fired oven pizza
• In the window you are greeted by the large oven and Chefs at work creating what looks like great pizzas
• There is a warm welcome inside with a small team one of whom
• We started our experience with a glass of prosecco and a crisp dry glad of pinot grigio
• I had the bresaola with my favourite burrata
• My guest had the Italian meats platter with mortadella
• Both starters are big portions so for larger groups could be shared mezzo style
• It looked great and there was plenty of mozzarella on it
• I went for nduja which is fast becoming a favourite ingredient of mine on pizza
• The spicy paste meat is very tasty
• So I was spoilt with my fave things
