  • Vegetarian buffet is not exactly what many people opt for on their night out though there was

  • Was not loaded with milk and dairy like the previous one

  • Or green beans with roasted tomatoes cinnamon cumin dressing

  • Caramelised miso roasted aubergine (def the best dish there

  • The resulting platter that you can see on the picture was not disappointing

  • Most of the food was quite oily

  • If the ingredients are neither local nor seasonal

  • 10 (not enough if you are very hungry)

  • I shall probably be back to grab this offer when very hungry and with a group of friends all you can eat option would hardly be fun if eating on your own =)

  • Some of the veggies I tried were even too spicy for my taste

  • A vegan carrot cake (desserts are priced per item)

  • I was due to meet up with a friend for belated birthday celebrations

  • A vegetarian improved glossier version of Tibits (apparently) I was intrigued and decided to give it a go &ndash

  • This was my first vegetarian/vegan dining experience and I have to say I was pretty impressed

  • The concept of self service is not one that would usually appeal to me

  • S available before you buy is refreshingly different

  • The selection of hot and cold dishes was varied with creations from across the globe from Nasi Goreng to modern Panzanella a vegan friendly Italian bread based salad

  • Ceiling high birch trees adds to the organic and natural feel with touches of gold

  • The dessert selection was equally as good as the food

  • Great selection of veggie food which was full of flavour and NOT bland at all

  • T feel rushed at all at any point (we were there for a good 2.5 hours)

  • 2) Japanese style baked aubergine with miso paste

  • In fact my general tactic was very much akin to when I buy pick'n'mix Ignore the heavy stuff

  • Vegetarians always have it a little tough and it's not until I dine with one that this becomes so abundantly clear

  • The vegetarian in my party is greeted with the choice of one item whereas as an omnivore

  • This is quite disappointing regardless of whether the dish is good or not

  • Views are slowly changing though but the vegetarian option will never be the highlight of any restaurant that is unless you're at Ethos

  • There is no debate the food is quite good and for the night

  • The fried halloumi is a must and so bloody addictive

  • I am not a vegetarian but the friend I was meeting for dinner was (vegan in fact)

  • 15.78 but I must admit it was very filling

  • I tried a few on each and there were a lot more hits than misses

  • A salad of Israeli couscous with onion and tomato was nice and fresh

  • I had a dollop of hummus with some good pitta bread

  • Onions and soy which was pretty good

  • I liked the restaurant itself I knew it was a pay by weight place so expected more of a deli style place than these more sophisticated surroundings

  • Our choice of hearty eateries that we are spoilt with

  • The concept is nothing new

  • This is created by towering into the ceilings real birch trees with lots of marble table tops and dark blue booths with hints of gold

  • All that was missing was the &lsquo

  • I was greeted by a well groomed waiter who was eager to tell me how the concept works

  • After finding out that I am a vegan he pointed out all the dishes that are gluten free where &ldquo

  • The buffet was a burst of colour and I couldn&rsquo

  • The dishes are a mix of international cuisines

  • Compared to the more run of the mill slabs of seitan that are masked as bbq ribs

  • This is a great way for people who are new to inventive Vegeterian food to try new flavours and different takes on meaty classics

  • Luckily for me the restaurant was getting ready for dinner and wasn&rsquo

  • All the dishes were out and freshly prepared

  • Summery looking salad with rasberries and mangos which jumps out at you as soon as you walk in

  • The most delicious thing for me was the not so Vegan deep fried Halloumi squares

  • This was a taster as I have never been a fan of Seitan but it was the infamous Seitan bbq ribs

  • Major downside is that it is very very expensive

  • Let's start with the restaurant design itself

  • Modern decor with white brick walls and wooden furniture

  • We didn't have to wait for a seat and were shown to a table as soon as we walked in

  • Even for a Monday night the restaurant was quite full

  • We enjoyed the fact that we could pick whatever we liked from the cold and hot foods available but it seemed like many of the dishes were not out as half of the counter space was empty

  • We loved that there were options for dairy free/gluten free and vegan diners making a a great place to head to with veggie/vegan and healthy eating friends

  • There were great looking dessert options but our meal was filling enough without need for dessert

  • I would go back again but when comparing Etho's to Tibit's I prefer the large choice of foods there but the staff at Etho's were very helpful and welcoming

  • Fantastic atmosphere and above all the staff were very friendly and helpful

  • I really wanted to try their famous aloo scotch eggs but they had run out (bear in mind it was only 1pm on a Wednesday) I'll come back for that next time

  • I made plans to visit again with my vegan BFF

  • I was slightly concerned that there would be only a few vegan dishes but my worry was unfounded as there were more vegan options than vegetarian

  • Mentions go to the aloo scotch egg because it was spicy and creamy and delicious

  • The miso roasted aubergine which was smoky and gorgeous

  • The passionfruit glo juice is a good un'

  • Tre d' walking around making sure all the veggies are in check but it's a pay by weight system so most of your service is with the counter

  • My BFF went mad with all the vegan choices and spent £

  • I don't think this is unreasonable as we left absolutely stuffed and I would have paid about the same for lunch elsewhere

  • Ethos hosts a range of vegetarian dishes that are well thought out

  • Actually they seemed to have a real problem with their customers

  • Half way through my meal I wanted to leave because staff members were whispering right next to our table about us

  • Food offered is just yummy and I would very much recommend their lunch time menu

  • We piled our plates shamelessly high with a selection of salads

  • All quite delicious but the delicately flavoured miso roasted aubergine and honey coated halloumi bites were some of their signature dishes which really stood out

  • The biggest let down for me was that the food was just cold for my liking

  • If the food is not served at the right temperature I firmly believe that the food is half dead

  • The taste was alright but I personally was not blown away by it

  • The food though is quite cheap I should say 20 pounds for a three course meal is not bad

  • It is a cool restaurant with trees inside that are given to you the sensation to eat in a forest as a pic mic

  • An advice to vegan people is that almost the vegan plate are cold and maybe in winter is not nice but just go and try they have a really nice dishes

  • One of the perks of being a Londoner is knowing how to avoid the crowds

  • Absolutely amazing healthy buffet with fantastic vegan options

  • Every dish is super delicious

  • The ambiance is so warm and inviting

  • Dessert is must the healthy vegan brownie and peanut butter ball is too good not to have

  • Wonderful place with fresh and healthy vegetarian food

  • The ambiance and the trees inside are just freaking inviting and all of the menu thoroughly attracts me every single day

  • Vegetarian and gluten free options are unmissable opportunities and I honestly have to say that the breakfast and afternoon tea services are one of the best in town

  • The service was friendly and the interior was beautiful

  • Ethos is a beautifully decorated restaurant but only worth it if you are looking for an unpretentious lunch

  • The service is prompt and the desserts are too good

  • A beautiful decorated place with lots of healthy options that will satisfy ones taste buds for sure

  • Lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere

  • Ideal if you are looking for a healthy option and all vegetarian options

  • They have a great range of dishes to try and their sweets are also great plus they look beautiful
