The food is accessorised with a little Styrofoam bowl of gravy
-
The whole kaboodle is presented on a metal tray lined with Dip &
-
Streaky bacon are generously piled on top of a custom made american burger cheese
-
The cheese is a nod to The Ship
-
Also worked in under the bun are ketchup and French's mustard
-
Spread on the bottom bun is a thin layer of mayonnaise mixed with pickle juice which adds a careful dose of acidity to the whole burger
-
Kicks out the bacon and replaces it with a layer of gravy dipped roast beef
-
The depth of flavour is mouthwatering
-
They coated with chicken salt* which is a blend of a load of different spices
-
Another place with burgers (I know
-
A cheeseburger with extra slices of roast beef that have already been dipped in gravy
-
Both of these also come with a pot of extra gravy on the side
-
We also ordered some Poutine which hails from Quebec chips topped with gravy and cheese curds
-
Flip Burger is almost impossible to dip
-
It doesn't need it anyway the beef and the patty are both high quality
-
The Lamb Sub was a better shape for dipping
-
The poutine was also a great success
-
The chips were seasoned with chicken salt
-
We both went for the Sambrooke's Pale Ale (who are just up the road
-
Came with teeny little spoons which we were very taken with
-
So they have made a smart choice bringing in these quirky little desserts with the added bonus of supporting a small Battersea business at the same time
-
We were in constant contact with the manager who was very friendly and chatty
-
An American invention (of course) which plays on the idea of serving you a hot sandwich/bun filled with an arrays of items classically being beef slices and cheese
-
You're then faced with the even tougher choice of how much you want it 'dipped'
-
Everything is also very competitively priced and most of it
-
Toasted on the inside and filled with tender and juicy full flavoured beef slices
-
Cheesy fries were pretty standard
-
Simple American style fries topped with American cheese
-
In all its magnificent oozing glory is the beautiful item photographed above
-
Everything i was wanting on the day i came here this burger/french dip fulfilled
-
Seeing as this is my first review
-
I figured I'd go with somewhere safe
-
Burger (cheeseburger with gravy dipped roast beef or lamb) is formidable but my personal favourite is the "
-
Don't forget the fries with chicken salt though they are amazing also
-
Would have been great as all the components are lovely but everything was just too salty
-
Im normally adding salt but this was just too much
-
The chicken burger is also very very good
-
The best thing on the menu is the dip &
-
A perfectly cooked juicy pink burger with American cheese
-
Slaw all topped with roast beef or lamb
-
This is in my opinion one of the best burgers in London
-
This is the best restaurant in the Northcote Road area
-
M pretty sure an old lady cut in front of me when I was in line at Tesco&hellip
-
I did eat the best burger I&rsquo
-
I fully intended to go for their lamb with mint sauce &ldquo
-
Sandwich over one of their burgers but was swayed after seeing this on the menu
-
Cheeseburger topped with sliced roast beef or lamb
-
The actual restaurant itself is pretty damn nice
-
The low lighting is low enough to be relaxing but not so low that it&rsquo
-
The staff were also warm and pleasant and even the music they had playing was at a good comfortable level&hellip
-
Flip burger was (by quite a distance too) the best damn burger I&rsquo
-
The burger patty was cooked to absolute perfection and the lamb&hellip
-
S a messy beast and I had to get through a fair few number of paper towels whilst eating but it was completely worth it
-
Their specials are the French Dip Sandwiches (beef
-
I kept it simple with a Cheese Burger and Fries
-
All burgers are served with gravy for dipping
-
One of the highlights of the menu is the Dip &
-
Flip Burger (a cheeseburger topped with roast beef)
-
Try the Patty Melt (a sandwich with burger patty) and the Poutine (gravy covered chips with cheese)
-
It worked very well with the gravy (a brioche bun would have been too soft for dipping)
-
Literally it is heaven for those who have been craving a good burger for quite some time
-
On my first visit I had the fried chicken burger with chips and it was perfect
-
The bread held the content all in and also the taste of the bun alone was something worth mentioning
-
Basically as I was eating my burger
-
The idea that the worlds most expensive burger is ridiculously priced at £
-
The room could do with a little expansion though
-
The burgers are pretty good
-
Come served with a tray of gravy to dip in
-
I might understand if the gravy was something special
-
Definitely one of the best burger places South of the river and in my london top 5
-
Patty melts and the gravy (don't forget that) are all very good
-
This was so delicious I tried two different types of their fries with cheese there burger was so juicy and the gravy to dip it In was delicious
-
I had the burger with sliced beef on top and it was properly delicious
-
A couple weeks back I was looking for a burger
-
All the reviews I saw so far where good so I was quite keen to go visit
-
A hot meat sandwich where thinly sliced cuts of meat are served with a cup of jus based gravy
-
The brioche type bun miraculously manages to retain its shape with all the gravy
-
Its worth noting that the staff were incredibly polite
-
I may have gone back for more napkins with gravy down my dress
-
The chocolate milkshake was just the right dessert
-
The cheeseburger was delicious and juicy
-
Service is fast and prices are reasonable
-
Friday night was burger night and I has been hoping to get to Dip and Flip for quite some time
-
B and I took the 40 minutes journey out to Battersea and were lucky enough at 7pm to get a table right away
-
I think this is better than Shake Shack"
-
It kinda drags on in the flavour department and by the end I was eating to eat
-
Even better for me is B didn't like the ale so I got it all
-
Flip in Battersea is simply outstanding
-
I am already calling it the best burger in London
-
At least the best in battersea
-
They give you always some gravy with your burguers
