The Devonshire (Balham)

• Its redeeming feature is its sizeable beer garden
• 11 and came with chips and coleslaw (or another two sides of your choice)
• The coleslaw was pretty good light
• The burger itself was average and came with a crappy american cheese slice rather than some proper cheddar which took something away from the overall taste
• I had an excellent fresh mackerel with new potatoes dish here
• It probably best suits lunch time I can imagine it being a great Sunday lunch place
• Had a cheeky drink in here last night and was very impressed by the decor and the outside area massive and so very well designed
• The smells wafting from the the outdoor BBQ were also mouthwatering
• Friendly bar staff too were quick to cop that they had given me £
