The Counter at The Delaunay (Aldwych)

• Some cake and a coffee The Counter at the Delaunay is a nice spot to step out of the hubbub of traffic and pedestrians on Aldwych
• The place feels evocatively French with its cosy tables and old fashioned counter
• Under the glass counter there were many other temptations that caught my eye
• One of the best café
• The poppy seed cake is a must try
• The Sacher cake they have here is enough reason to visit The Counter at The Delaunay (Aldwych) every now and then
• The counter at the Delaunay is definitely one of the better cafes in London for breakfast or tea
• The Sacher torte is one of a kind
• One of the best that I have ever had
• Fairly close to the Savoy and temple station Delaunay's is quite easy to find
• The muesli at the counter is one of a kind
• The last time that I had muesli that was this good was in Zurich itself
• The croissant was crisp and buttery and the Sacher torte was to die
• I would suggest every one to dine at Delaunay's as the food is of very high quality and very good
• The atmosphere is better than anything else on offer
• The ambiance at the Delaunay was a big draw
• Their pastries and latte were always good
• On trying it I have to report not only is it true but even their cappuccino is ok elf the finest I've had till now that it is definitely one of the best I recommend the ham and cheese croissant
