  • Only concerns are the length of time you have to wait to get served

  • In a way not a bad thing as you know your meal is going to be freshly cooked

  • Only other gripe is the that the air conditioning unit blows cold air on you depending where you sit

  • My main concern is the very very slow service

  • Situated in hounslow west near the tube station with a bus stop across the street

  • So getting in here is not a fuss

  • The place is always clean as are the dishes

  • The staff is at best though and are always actively around the restaurant to take care of you

  • Mango lassi is good without ice though

  • The food is good still the way they behave with the customers is rude

  • I was having my food saw a lady customer who was having a conversation in a nice way but the main women may she is owner was behaving in a rude way

  • Though the food is good we can get any where in hounslow still i din't liked the way they behaved so not in next time

  • Paneer Tikkas( we ordered achari and normal) were outstanding

  • Dal Makhani and Paneer Tikka Masala( for those familiar with British Indian cuisine will know that Tikka Masala is synonym with a particular type of North Indian/ Pakistani flavour) were amazing

  • Chilli Garlic naan with actual chilli's and Garlic on top was both mouth and eye watering

  • A very slight downer were the Malai Kofta balls which were slightly hard but overall great experience

  • Ambience may not be top class but that does stop us going there whenever we are out and about l

  • The prices have gone up in recent times as they were a year back

  • The outlet is conveniently located near the Hounslow West train station

  • It is a combination of a dine in restaurant and a sweet shop with display counters lined up next to the cashiers and tempting you with an array of delicious looking Indian sweets

  • The outlet is run by a Punjabi family and it looks like every member of the family pitches in managing the outlet

  • We ordered the staple fare of vegetarians which is Paneer Tikka Masala accompanied by Chilli Garlic Naan

  • Paneer was not very soft but the gravy was well made and tasted good

  • The service is quick and efficient

  • The Prices are affordable

  • They serve the best of Punjabi cuisine in Hounslow

  • All the dishes are plain awesome

  • The girls at the desk are helpful and smiling

  • The ambience of Chini Chor (Hounslow) is typically Punjabi

  • They have a comprehensive line up of the best of Indian sweets

  • The service is quick and simple

  • The chaats are must haves as well

  • The food is amongst the best Indian food available in southern England

  • Appreciate the fact that someone is embracing their culture

  • They are always willing to spend time explaining how products are made and what they taste like

  • Willing to let you try items that you are curious about

  • Every item on the menu is an explosion of flavour

  • This restaurant is a must for anyone visiting the local area

  • We ordered for 2 small glasses of juice along with other stuff

  • They served us with large glasses

  • We went there for first time so we were actually unaware that they had served us with large glasses

  • They don't provide you with computerised bill which means they are not paying right taxes to the govt

  • I have a grouse with restaurants passing off Chana daal as Daal tadka simply because Chana dal is cheaper and easier to make

  • Chini Chor (Hounslow) is no different

  • The place seemed very popular especially for the sweets and is very economical as well

  • Lately the quality of food has started slipping down which is its strength

  • I did have some bad experiences at this restaurant in terms of off sweet chutney given with my order of punjabi samosa

  • I request the management to take a note on its food quality which is it backbone for business

  • One of the best vegetarian Indian restaurants in and around Hounslow

  • All the dishes we ordered were very tasty

  • Service staff is very polite

  • Sells sweets too and the prices are reasonable

  • The take away food is a tad above average

  • Can not go wrong with nan and channa masala
