Cats Café Des Artistes (Finsbury Park)

• Their tom yum and tom kha are as good as you could hope
• Is the minced pork with chilli and basil (pad ka paow moo) which comes with a fried egg for you to mix in
• All these dishes are in the £
• The stock sides are fairly priced too
• At heart Cats is actually a very capable Thai for people on a bit of a budget
• Cautionary mention should go to the deals they do in the day too prices are even better for two courses before 5pm
• The set menu is as vanilla as you could conceive
• That's a tad churlish this is my go to Thai in Finsbury Park and I'll be deadlegging myself in their wooden chairs for some time to come
• Nice Thai place with tasty food
• They got my order wrong and I ended up with a dish made purely from noodles
• The decor in the restaurant is very authentic and the tables have moody from all sorts of countries
• The wanton starters with chicken was processed chicken so not tasty at all
• We ordered from a lunch time menu which was slightly cheaper then the normal menu
• Anyways when that was sorted and paid for the woman told me I owed £
• 12.90 which is strange because my meal was 7.95 &
• 12.19 which I did think was an odd price but gave her £
• Everything about Cats Café Des Artistes (Finsbury Park) is awful and it's also very dirty looking
