The Castle (Tooting)

• I had booked one of their huts outside for 5 people but on arrival saw that despite booking it for food the tables were not together or even set &ndash
• We asked to be moved inside instead and things seemed to go from bad to worse while taking our seat the waiter announced that there was a delay of &lsquo
• We were absolutely starving and were now being told that we would have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to order a roast dinner
• The head waiter came over to explain that when the pub was reopened for business they didn&rsquo
• T realise that outside customers would order food together with those customers inside&hellip
• The Castle looked good but the service is beyond SLOW
• Probably not the best place to visit for a Sunday roast if you&rsquo
• The latest place Tim and I visited for our tour of local pubs and restaurants for Sunday Lunch was The Castle in Tooting
• Really cool pub with a nice ambience and setting
