  • The design is just right

  • It's rarely full due to the fact that it is actually quite hidden

  • The only bad aspect is rather poor alcohol range

  • Unfortunately instead the clientele shopping here is not really in to that

  • Traders are leaning over their pretty little food trucks with no more than a few flies lapping up their food

  • Meanwhile the fruit and veg stalls are heaving last time i was there a women got reprimanded for adding an extra two oranges to a £

  • Toiling through the menu we decided to start with a delicious starter of deep fried calamari with a deliciously crunchy and very tasty batter

  • A good squeeze of lime and an outstanding chipotle mayo which was other worldly good

  • Deceptively good and of course very unhealthy (which these days is anything tasty)

  • Are jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese

  • They are served with a chipotle sour cream

  • Compared to its mayo counterpart was perhaps even better

  • The hot shots were very tasty but i've had much better versions of these without changing them completely there is only so good these things can get

  • Awesomely cosy pub to while away an afternoon or an evening with friends bag one of the large tables

  • Amuse yourselves with the board games on offer and settle in for the long haul

  • The staff are super friendly and will help you in concocting any bizarre combinations you may be daring each other to drink and currently they are playing host to Death by Burrito

  • The fish burger and chips were excellent and the hot dogs inspired some serious food envy

  • We went to the Candle Maker recently and it is a great addidition to the pretty ropey high street

  • There is a pub feel that is super cosy and will be a great winter location but with its beer garden also a place to enjoy the sun

  • Up there in the best places in Battersea to Eat

  • A refurbished 1930s pub that was originally called the Bellevue

  • Provided a delicious meal with all the comfort of home cooking but none of the hassle
