Cafe Phillies (Kensington)

• Take a stroll through Holland Park or cycle towards Cafe Phillies if you are around West London
• You will notice that the outdoor tables are full and few people are queuing as they have a very satisfactory breakfast menu
• The bacon options with the bagels
• The salmon and cream cheese bagel and the eggs benedict were our choices on a cold autumn day
• The selection for tea is also quite convenient I did love the heavy
• You have the Sticky Fingers make a firm decision before you enter so that you are not curious about the option you traded off
• A quaint and homely yet modern cafe that is my go to place for all day breakfasts and the occasional lunch
• They serve a variety of breakfast options from a healthy fruit smoothie to a more hearty full English breakfast topped off with an essential blood sausage
• You will not be disappointed with this lovely cafe
• Be prepared to wait for a table at peak times and by all means come for their lunch menu dishes which are just as tasty
• I love their smoked salmon with scrambled eggs
• Ham and cheese croissant or croissant with butter and jam
• Inside and outside seating is a plus for the summer
• Prices are affordable with a good selection of typical English breakfast dishes
• Informal setting with terrace and friendly staff
• Lightly toasted with the butter melting and then the bacon
• Rustic tables matched with black chandeliers and wine bottles along one of the walls
• We had the poached eggs with avocado toast and smoked salmon
• Not to mention that the owner is super nice and friendly
