The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town)

• The Blues Kitchen always puts a smile on my face and is a great place to spend the evening
• The only problem really is that they are surrounded by so many people making it impossible to see let alone dance
• Went there bank holiday Monday and it was my 2nd visit
• Drinks served with no glasses
• The food is hearty American stuff with big portions
• Given the simplistic menu there is a no chance of messing it up
• The place has these booths that one can reserve for having sit down meals but who wants to sit down when the atmosphere is so charged
• The chilli was simply yum
• The dino ribs are not for the faint hearted
• We may have had a party of 10 12 people with 4 dino ribs between us
• It had just the right balance with enough flavoring
• I think one rib was around £
• You'd expect that with the 12.5% service charge
• The soft shell crab burger was described on the menu as 2 crabs
• The range of whisky and bourbon is good so in future I'll stop by for a drink only
• This second time I was feeling slightly under the weather so perhaps haven't done it justice by only rating the chicken
• Avocado and bacon with a lovely maple glaze to finish it off
• The wait staff are super friendly but not too imposing
• Busy but not over crowded with a great atmosphere
• Even though the restaurant is separate to the bar we could still hear the live bands
• The first time we came here it was for a birthday/leaving party so we had a group of 5 and pre booked the table with only some of us eating
• I cant get enough of the wings or the spinach and artichoke dip and the people that came here with me still talk about the food to this day
• The presentation of everything here is a added bonus that also keeps you smiling and again wanting to come back for more
• Drinks Obviously The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is known for its wide range of whiskey but the selection is amazing
• They also do a little map of Kentucky with shots of whiskey
• The drinks albeit pricey were strong enough to keep you going and to keep you racking up the bill
• A lot of the cocktails have signature glasses so each one is like something new for your eyes to feast on
• They seem to have something for everyone and even with non whiskey drinkers at the table people where happy with the choices
• We did as it was a birthday get some cake and surprise the birthday girl which the waiter helped us with a lot as she kept disappearing into the band area
• He was nothing but on point with his service with out being over bearing and annoying
• The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) i swear is ALWAYS busy so make sure if you want to go here that you make a reservation
• There is a 12.5% Gratuity already added onto the bill but with the night we had we gave our waiter a bit more
• It has become the place my group of friends is always talking about non stop
• The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is ideal for a small group to order a heck load of wings
• It's not gourmet but when the blues kitchen is placed in Camden it works so well
• Many eating and looked like they were enjoying it
• He said it was really nice
• S pricey but the atmosphere especially when there is live music
• Blues Kitchen is an amazing venue for life performances located in Camden Town area close to Camden Town tube staion
• Nothing on the menu is at all original but the burgers are approximately the size of your head
• This bar plays great live music every night and is perfect for a few drinks
• The lunch menu has a wide variety of food and the hot wings are just amazing
• It does get rather crowded in the evening so that is not a perfect time to go for a relaxing meal
• The service is only tolerable and you might have to wait a while to get a table
• This bar cum kitchen is a place to experience some great live music while you hog on to your meal
• Though the food is not so great
• The service at this restaurant is bad and the staff is extremely inhospitable
• The servers are very slow and lack interest
• The tables at the restaurant were empty but had reservation signs on them
• Because of which we were not given a table and had to wait endlessly
• They have this nice bar and it is very tempting too
• The portions are also quite filling
• I liked their staff too especially the bar staff they were so friendly that you won't stop after one drink and you will keep on ordering more
• The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is great and plays some amazing live music every weekend
• Apart from the delicious food that these people are offering you
• The ambiance was good but you do not get to look at it because of the mood that you have because of the people who are serving you
• The ambiance of The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is very welcoming with comfortable seating and nice soothing music playing in the background
• We ordered quesadilla which was meager in size and not very tasty
• My burger was good but the sides of chips and onion rings were very greasy
• I suggest venturing to The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) with an empty stomach as the food is out of the world
• My personal favorites were the pulled pork sandwiches and the burnt ends
• They are among the best dishes I have sampled
• The service was beyond a doubt amazing
• Very tough to find fault with this joint
• The atmosphere is cheerful and not dull
• The combination of different craft beers along with the fabulous food has got to be a stunning characteristic

• The beverage menu is elaborate and exhaustive

• Me and my partner were looking for something romantic
• The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is filled with over enthusiastic teens
• The food is delicious ( which is the reason for it to be crowded ) service is great
• This popular place is amazing because of it's awesome atmosphere and live music
• The menu is dominated with good old fashioned American BBQ
• The alligator special was also quite interesting
• I have had the best American food at this restaurant
• The chicken wings are a must have here and so is the cheese burger

• The vegetable platter and the catfish are a few of the must haves here

• I made a reservation before going because my friend told me that The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) is always pretty busy
• I had buffalo wings for starters and they were very delicious

• The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) can be quite busy during dinner but is perfect for lunch or brunch or anytime during the middle of the day to be enjoyed thoroughly
• The music played is quite relaxing and appropriate to the atmosphere and at just the right volume
• The food arrived just on time and was very delectable
• Dropped by with a friend to grab a few drinks and I can say it with all honesty
• Later I came across The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) we were allotted the whole room in the basement
• We were provided with a staff member who was managing the whole thing
• The management was good enough and there was never a shortage of food
• Along with a group of my friends visited The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town) on a Saturday and I must say it was a pretty bad choice
• The food smelt amazing and the atmosphere was also a relaxed one
• This one is a lovely place to hang out with friends and let your hair down
• It is a typical American Diner but with a wide range of options on the menu
• The food is excellent and the atmosphere is quite modern and chilling
• The service is efficient but it can be slow in the busy hours which is quite normal
• Overall it is a wonderful experience and would love to come back again here
• The ambience was wonderful and the surroundings were designed in a beautiful theme
• The crowd was pretty decent and the staff was quite warm and attentive
• All in all it was a really nice experience and would love to try the food here
• I must say that the environment is great and the live music shows are amazing as well
• The only problem is that the space is to small for all the clients
• They do live music nights that are really good and after that the dj plays till late
• I did notice that it was mainly guys in there after hours but they were more or less friendly and it's easy to talk to people and chat
• When we booked we were informed that we had reserved the table of 6 for 2 hours which we totally understood as it was a Saturday night
• The menus were already on the table so we were immediately delved into then and decided what we were going to indulge in whilst we waited for the last pair to arrive (they were looking for parking)
• We started getting parched and were requiring a drink but no one had bothered to come and serve us (we'd waited for 15min at least) so we went to the bar
• We had decided on the food plan and it was no surprise I picked my dessert and worked backwards
• We also shared a chicken quesadilla and all was finished in seconds
• Our mains followed shortly after but we had already started thinking how were we going to finish in time
• Beer Battered Onion Rings and Cornbread with BBQ Butter
• Burnt Ends were in small pieces not sliced and in a thick sweet gravy and went divinely with the cornbread and BBQ Butter (it would be rude not to dip dip)
• The sharing platter was mahoosive and the ribs were humongous with a mound of meat (see pic)
• I must say that the best mains was indeed the Cluck Monsieur
• Instead of a bun it was 2 slices of FRENCH TOAST with buttermilk chicken
• We worked through all the food which included a doggy bag because there was just too much and we were saving ourselves for the sweet
• Our server took her time to clear our table and then returned asking if we wanted drinks or if we are ready for the bill
• I don't like being rushed and on edge knowing that the service is the reason I get chucked off our table
• We ordered off the menu with no alterations which would cause a delay in the kitchen
• If you must have BBQ with all the fixins
• Blues Kitchen in Camden is the place to be to get all messy with it
• It is prolly the best you're going to find in town
• You'll find a share plate with a side of salad and fries will be enough to fill 3 young adults
• One of which is known for ability to eat 2xChicken Schnitty'sThey have music too
• The portions are massive so we only go on a friday evening if we want lots of meat
• Amazing menu with a good selection and variety
• Some very quirky dishes and the portion size is very generous
• Staff on the whole are very friendly
• The atmosphere is lively not a place for a quiet meal in the evening as its a bar too and gets very busy
• Obviously as its a bar the music is loud so it's hard to have a conversation
• So not the best place for a long awaited catch up or a first date
• Kale and avocado which is extremely tasty
• I think prices are reasonable and the food is always good quality and tasty
• Two live shows every night with amazing artists
• It was amazing the place is simply great (although it could have a little more Light) the staff is really friendly and helpful (specially if you are struggling with a selfie) and the Food
• ) it was a lot of meat and it was just perfect
• The cocktails are really good
• Ve tried the bacon cheeseburger and it was enough satisfying
• *Everytime i try new food platters or cocktails i fall in love more with The Blues Kitchen (Camden Town)*
• Lovely st louis cut ribs and beef short rib washed down with long island iced tea
