Big Moe's Diner (Beckton)

• The Mexicana burger (available with a single or double pattie)
• Accompanied by Sweet Potato Fries and Mozzarella Dippers for starters was a hefty handful for my tiny belly
• There's no way I could have attempted try one of their multitude of flavours of ice cream or waffles with a choice if toppings after such a meal
• The super Lemon Float is something I will certainly be adding to my shopping list this week
• It's just a shame that they don't offer root beer floats along with the others on the menu
• Timely service is always a factor that helps to determine the need for a return visit
• My last visit meant we came away with an empty stomach
• Me and my family are regular customers that in times when they are busy we even have take aways as we have always enjoyed and loved the food
• Our party was only 3 in number but my request for a bit of privacy as my wife was feeding our 3 month old baby was denied even though booths were available
• I explained to her that we had come before and the same person refused a booth but another person was able to provide a booth
• Even though there was a booth available he asked us if we could wait

• Having said this the burgers meaning the patties themselves are quite lifeless and the taste only survived due to the dressings and sauces in the bun
• We had to wait for about 15 mins for a table but staff were very nice and accomodating
• The 3 slider burgers were nice although the chicken one was abit dry and didn't seem too special
• Hot dog meal went down a treat with 5 year old
• Only thing to say was that the meat was meant to be medium but it was almost well done
• The waitress stood by checked and offered another but we let it pass as it was fine to eat

• The classic beef burger was not really to our liking simply because we prefer additional flavours and textures that combine well together to give a truly gastronomic burger experience
• The Oreo Milkshake was of a very thick consistency that initially it felt like drawing up thick vanilla ice cream which inevitably got stuck in the straw
• The milkshake had time to melt and once it was of a lighter consistency
• The Oreo flavour was prominent and was a pleasant milkshake
• Both drinks were refreshing
• A selection of wafers and served with a special side of hot chocolate fudge sauce for pouring
• The velvety gelato ice cream coated the palate with smooth chocolatey delight
• The light and airy cream juxtaposed perfectly with the rich hot chocolate fudge sauce

• Then Layered with fresh strawberry slices topped with chocolate flakes and served with vanilla ice cream
• The waffle was light and airy and indeed generously smothered in Nutella sauce
• S authentic American diner concept is brought to life exceptionally well at Big Moe&rsquo
• S Aldgate branch that you are left with feelings of nostalgia and are transported back to a bygone era
• The portions are hearty and there is a little something for everyone
• Loved the Ribs Platter served with fries and onion rings and Ferrero Rocher Sundae
• This is my go to place with my husband
• Always enjoy coming here with friends and family
• Nice and friendly atmosphere with good staff
• The service was fast the dessert was good but the food was really upsetting
