  • I think they make the best barbequed pork buns you'll find in chinatown

  • The only drawbacks are that they don't accept cards and the staff aren't the bend over backwards type

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is a far cry from even decent

  • You will be disappointed to visit Baozi Inn (Chinatown) as it is not a pleasurable experience at all

  • I recently tried Baozi Inn (Chinatown) and was pretty impressed with the quality of food offered here at amazing prices which was quite surprising

  • Authentic Chinese food and it is excellent with wonderful flavours

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) has never failed in surprising me with its great atmosphere

  • The spicyness of the food is what drags me down here everytime

  • I tried their fried beef which was delicious whereas the dumpling that I had didn't contain any prawn and was instead served with pork which tasted horrible

  • The dumpling was undercooked and tasted quite disgusting

  • They also have a certain criteria in which the customer is required to spend a certain amount to have a meal and I must say after seeing that

  • I would recommend you not to try their beef noodles as they are very spicy and you will not like them for sure

  • The thing that disappointed me the most were the prices that were charged and you will find other places offering cheap and same quality of food that is generally offered here

  • To top it all they lacked any kind of flavor and were so tasteless

  • The interiors are very interesting with Mao era styling which is complimented with appropriate music in the background

  • This is compensated by the attention provided to each order which is then delivered in decent time

  • The overall experience is quick and uncomplicated

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is sort of my religion

  • Almost all the dishes offered by them are extremely well prepared

  • Among my favorites are their Dan dan noodles and their Beef and bamboo noodles

  • Is not quite comfortable as Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is meant for quick meals

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) has given me memories that I am going to take with me for the longest time

  • The decor of Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is amazing and exquisite

  • The ambiance is mind blowing

  • The food served is very authentic and unique in its own way

  • The service is very efficient and very well coordinated

  • If you are looking to spend some intimate time with your partner then this is the place for you

  • I got to know Baozi Inn (Chinatown) through a friend who is obsessed with Asian dishes and has been here on quite a few occasions

  • The service was prompt and efficient though idle people are not entertained here

  • The food is good and the dishes are interesting at the restaurant but the service lacks here

  • We were a party of 3 and were crammed onto a table of 2 which was quite uncomfortable

  • The only dish that manged to impress us was the gelatinous eggs

  • The only high point in the food were the dumplings

  • The dough was quite refreshing but was only served with pork

  • The other dishes were quite unimpressive and not of the quality you would expect

  • Chopsticks were delicious again but crumbling a lot

  • The food was just average and had wonderful authentic flavours to it but was not as good as other places

  • The service was pretty quick and efficient

  • The place serves authentic Chinese cuisine and the Spicy beef noodle soup is a must have here

  • The food is delicious and packed full of flavor along with being well prepared

  • The service is a bit of a lag though

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is nothing but disappointment

  • It felt like they are asking us to leave

  • The food is not at all appetizing and is of extremely poor quality

  • The service is quite bad and absolutely appalling

  • The only let down was that some of the dishes were covered in salt

  • The taste is authentic and the food served was very fresh

  • The staff and their services are very efficient and amazing

  • The prices were extremely high too

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is quite small and pretty

  • Only one of the variety of their dumplings was not at all good and to salty for my taste

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is pretty small but that is okay because of the reason that it is quite popular

  • The service is very quick and you are not supposed to wait for long here

  • The new menu is definitely an improvement

  • The addition of more choices of dumplings on the menu is a good step forward

  • Especially the soups which are still spicy and tasty

  • Especially the addition of the dumplings is a massive improvement over their previous offerings

  • The soups at Baozi Inn (Chinatown) taste amazing and are very well executed

  • They have a very balanced seasoning and are flavourful

  • There is nothing wrong in orders which are being rush through and executed quickly as long as the entire process does not become chaotic

  • Baozi Inn (Chinatown) is for those preferring spicy Chinese food

  • The service is not great and in my opinion most places around in this area

  • I am highly disappointed with my experience at Baozi Inn (Chinatown) as it was very shoddy and just not up to the mark

  • I do not really understand the other reviews and how they were so positive

  • My understanding of Baozi Inn (Chinatown) was extremely contrary to what I had read

  • With the waiter being extremely rude to the food which was overcooked

  • Nothing about Baozi Inn (Chinatown) was pleasurable

  • The main reason is the fact that they have terrible service

  • A small request for the use of power socket near the table was refuted in a thwarting manner without any reason at all

  • The waitress was also inattentive when taking our order and presented a really spicy dish despite the opposite request

  • The service was peculiarly inattentive

  • Repeated requests for sauce were blatantly ignored

  • The only thing I didn't like in one of those dumpling's dishes (Chengdu pork dumplings in a savoury broth with laver seaweed) it was the taste of the soup

  • Served steamed rice and seasonal greens was delicious and spicy

  • The food was delicious and the menu was simple to understand

  • A problem I have with Chinese food is that sometimes I don't recognise the dish just by the name

  • You don' t seem to be able to see the full menu on zomato which is a shame because the dish descriptions are fantastic

  • I thought the place was famous for bao judging from the name so we had to give that a go

  • It was very generous in size but the dough was rather on the dry chewy side and the filling (special of the day) I tried to eloquently describe as a combination of pork

  • Liver and onion perhaps was summed up by my co diner as "

  • I'm sure it wasn't of course but it was a bit unidentifiable

  • Lacked any magnificent seasoning and was quite fatty

  • The meat tastes like it was soaked in soy sauce

  • I expected more flavourful taste with well marinated meat

  • Bao itself was nothing special

  • A girl serving at the front looked like she was sick of her job and pulled a black face towards us

  • I had never been here before so was moderately excited to be trying something new in ol' London town

  • The chicken in the Spicy Chicken Noodles was tender and frankly

  • It was only when half the meal has been eaten and everything drops in the bowl and mixes with the chilli oil does the flavour really start to mean something

  • The Dan Dan my partner had was according to her

  • The grape fruit was at least actual grape fruit in hot water

  • As is the toilet (it all counts) and the service is super quick

  • Certainly it loses me with the tea bag and the fact there was no actual water which is essentially for food heavy in salt and spice like this stuff tends to be

  • My friends did not fare any better with their dishes

  • The only decent thing was the sweet potato fries

  • Small quaint place in the midst of soho very different food from what u get in Chinatown next door we had some prawn dumplings which were moist and very tasty

  • We also had some awesome squid in a very nice Sichuan pepper sauce and a cumin flavoured grilled lamb which was the dampener of the evening as it was under cooked and the marinade hadn&rsquo

  • In addition we had the complimentary peanuts upfront which were special due to the salt and the Sichuan peppers and some jasmine tea which was good

  • An amazing place it is my go to place to take friends for a taste of Chinatown

  • My personal favorite dumplings are the ones that come in a Spicy and Sour soup
