The Adam & Eve (Fitzrovia)

• Admittedly it was a quiet Sunday evening when I visited
• I had a very tasty Pumpkin and Onion Tart with some fresh salad leaves
• I spent an evening here with two friends
• Even if they were only to focus on one of these it would stand for a significant improvement
• A macaroni and cheese dish is dull and flavourless
• Fish and chips are half the size of a decent seaside portion
• A fish finger sandwich features no fish fingers rather thin goujons that are at least as much breadcrumb as they are actual fish
• Just off Oxford Street it was a welcomed retreat from all the hustle and bustle
• My friends and I were just looking to have a quick drink to get out of the sun but once we had seen the Adam &
• I asked one of the bar staff what they recommended and was pleased to hear a variety of options including their personal favourite
• As a wine novice I went with their favourite
• Cheekily it was the most expensive wine on the menu but honestly SO worth it
• A towering burger with all the trimmings and a generous share of chips on the side
• A great pub and I would highly recommend it if you are after good quality classic pub food and drink
