  • Paradise Palms is an interesting new bar

  • This venture is firmly showing its eggs among many baskets

  • The range of clientele is remarkable as are the selections of gins

  • Tequilas etc and the cocktails and food are interestingly varied and not overpriced

  • I've been in twice with colleagues and it's been a good place to accommodate a group of about ten of us

  • The first time we were seated in the back

  • They were a bit odd and said we could only be served food if we say in the front although there were no seats left up there

  • I started going to Paradise Palms for after work cocktails with my colleagues and thought at the time it was a really good place for that

  • Months ago I was not a bit fan they seem to have changed the menu for the better

  • Their ninja buns are lovely and very filling

  • Food is by Ninja Buns a successful food stall that is now doing a residency at Paradise Palms

  • Jasmine rice topped with pulled pork

  • I'm not an experienced spicy eater so my mouth was on fire by the end

  • The pork portion was generous and flavorsome

  • Paradise Palms (Old Town) is not full of airs and graces and wants you to have a good time

  • I was a bit disappointed not to see the frozen margarita which was on the online version of the menu

  • I actually struggled to find a cocktail I wanted to try as most were either bitter or had some sort of wine in (which I am allergic to)

  • Ninja Buns is a street food business which also has a base in Paradise Palms

  • As you would expect with street food

  • Combining a bun with chips and a slaw

  • T too dry and there was plenty of filling

  • These certainly had a kick but were quite tasty

  • The slaw that came with the buns was probably the best bit

  • It had plenty of crunch and was slathered in peanut y goodness

  • As a few hours later I was a bit hungry again

  • The bun itself is quite small but it was very tasty

  • The steamed bun is nice and light

  • It had a great flavour and was the perfect size for me

  • Ninja Buns is a great place to go for lunch or a not too heavy dinner

  • All vegan food and was pleasantly surprised by it all

  • Meatball Po'boy and the Lucky Dawg and they are ALL great options

  • I would recommend the Jackfruit Nachos if you are looking for something different

  • Paradise Palms rocks an awesome vibe with comfy seating and plenty of ethical menu options

  • Good place to come with a few mates for a relaxed drink or two alongside dinner

  • When we arrived there was a drag artist lip sync show going on in the bar area which really added to the atmosphere

  • Would highly recommend for a fun evening with great food
