Ed's Easy Diner (Newcraighall)

• Disappointed with Ed's easy Dinner
• We were looking foreword to trying something new but when we got here and looked at the menu it was not much different to frankie &
• We weren't checked up on and the staff were all hanging around drinking juices and enjoying a good catch up between them selves while people stood at the door waiting to be seated
• Firstly the service was pretty poor
• The macaroni cheese that I had was the worst I've ever come across and the burgers were apparently average at best
• The atmosphere I found to be too loud as well with really loud music blasting out you can hardly hear the people you're with
• The one thing that saves Ed's Easy Diner (Newcraighall) is that it does the most incredible tasting milkshakes that I haven't seen on offer elsewhere
• Only nice thing is the milkshake
• As it wasn't halal me and my sister Shamy Malik Rahman went with the veggie option which was Cajun vegetable and chickpea and quinoa
• I preferred the chickpea and quinoa as it was more tasty and the Cajun felt bland but my sister preferred Cajun vegetable as she felt the spice gives it a kick
• The real reason I wanted to check Ed's Easy Diner (Newcraighall) was cause of the milkshakes
• OK salad but they were served on what I can only say were side plates
• Served in a bowl with chilli &
• This meant an unequal distribution of chilli and cheese with a pile of fries at the bottom
• Would have been better of they were on a longer
• Some of the best guacamole I've had
• One brilliant thing was the mini jukebox on each table which actually played in the diner
• I had a chilli cheese burger with sweet potato fries
• The burger was a bit of a disappointment
