Di Giorgio (Canonmills)

• Lunch today (it was packed on a Wednesday afternoon
• Almost as if we were intruding on the staff's downtime
• From then on we were served quite efficiently
• The toasted sandwich was actually very tasty
• Lightly cooked halloumi was accompanied with a well made tsatziki
• The service was just quite odd
• After attempting to go for dinner at Earthy only to find it was fully booked we decided to give Di Giorgio a try
• Lovely exposed brick work with photography of local sights hanging on the walls
• This evening was poussin and I've never seen a moister poussin
• I had the DG pasta which was just scrummy
• The pistachio ice cream was particularly good
• I ordered the roll with bacon and soft fried egg
• Crispy bacon in a nice soft bap with a soft fried egg
• When entering the restaurant we were immediately made to feel welcome
• Our servers were very helpful and patient with us
• Food arrived quickly and was to an outstanding standard
• Our servers were very talkative and listened to any requests we had
