Toro's Steakhouse (Sparkbrook)

• Customer service is not the best ordered toros special with pasta ended up with rice instead
• More appealing to a younger crowd with a less refined palate
• Go for the Toronto special steak with rice and chips NOT pasta
• Go in with a smile come out with a smile Been there twice know loved the service
• I had my steak medium rare and it was quite too chewy for me
• Places like this need to remember ppl are paying for the service as well not just food
• It was empty and no one waiting for tables yet was refused because my food had already arrived at current table
• By the time I was back food was cold and booth was still empty
• The service is absolutely terrible
• With the place practically empty food was brought to us 1 hour late with most of the staff wondering around the place doing nothing
• When telling them what was wrong they get moody and then talk to the other staff looking at customers like they are cursing them
• I don't know how they are still there
• Secondly steak came out with blood leaking from it
• Not usually noticeable because of the gravy already poured on top but this was a fair amount of blood after I asked for medium/well done
• At the time I didn't realise but all he did was just poor more gravy over my steak to hide the blood
• Steak lovers with a spicy zing this is the place to be at
• Grilled veggies and rice or pasta along with the steak of your choice and you also have choice of sauces to choose
• If you want you could top your steak with fried eggs
• Just bad overall for people with wheel chairs no disabled access
• Lots of seating but the toilets are cramped also no disabled toilet and no windows
• Now the food was cooked in seconds not even cooked properly like the one in Leicester were you could hear it sizzle and see the smoke
• Never had steak with pasta before
• Always have suspicions when a restaurant is unable to offer card payment
• Dodgy outfit with below average food
• S special and was not disappointed
• It was served on a sizzler platter which was amazing and the portions were huge
• The price was good and so was the atmosphere
