Mount Fuji (Bullring)

• Followed by some vegetable tempura to share with my husband
• The miso soup was very tasty
• The vegetable tempura is a favourite of ours
• Paper thin batter with a delicious dipping sauce
• Pork Tonkatsu Bento with Chef&rsquo
• Was among the best sushi I&rsquo
• The balance of flavours just seem absolutely spot on and the sushi rice is wonderfully soft and sticky
• As each different part of the bento is served in a separate compartment
• The cream was exceptionally light and the green tea cake at the bottom was mild and not too sweet
• A sweet liqueur which is a great accompaniment to dessert
• On this occasion it was prompt and friendly
• I think it is reasonably priced
• The restaurant is a bit small and i find it sometimes hard to move when there are other people moving around also
• Mount Fuji (Bullring) is one of my favourites in birmingham
