Buba Joe's (Small Heath)

• Only grub is tend to have mischevious children messing around but thats got nothing to do with the business or the management
• While eating food i noticed that chicken wing is red inside so took it to the manager and he argued but changed
• Then son started complaining that the chicken burger is chewie so when i checked it
• So i started worried that my son eaten uncooked chicken and i was started worried about his health
• So took it to the counter and showed them but they were very rude and insulting and been told to wait for the manager
• Then i had to call police because their manager was not showing up and my food was getting cold
• On top of it the staff member started funny which was very insulting
• Since i started to go Buba Joes it is my third complaint
• So i would like to warn other customers that it is not worth eating unsafe food in any case
• Terrible food accompanied with terrible service
• My honest opinion is that he food here is not even fit for RATS
• Definitely one of the best fast food places around
• There beef burgers are freshly prepared on site and not the cheap processed burgers
• Portion sizes are not the biggest for the money but food is tasty and well made
• The only downside is it's always packed with noisy families who just socialise upstairs and don't order food
• My food was served on time and it was all and above of what i could expect
• I ordered the triple decker beef burger and it was well worth the 3
• On top of that the service was excellent too
