Al Frash (Sparkbrook)

• We waited until 7.25 before they were able to seat us
• Each time we enquired we were told '10 more minutes
• We had two very hungry children with us who were getting restless
• Several other tables were complaining about slow service and yet others
• With a group of friends for a birthday who were all paying full price
• After asking to speak to management he replied that he was acting as management that night and whilst no one else was in
• I asked if he could enquire with the boss about whether I could use it and perhaps ring him as I had rung up two days before to check in advance that Al Frash would accept my taste card
• I felt very uncomfortable eating there with this man in charge of my food
• Did not want to pay for the customer service he was prepared to offer
• I am still very angry and upset with what happened
