Reds True Barbecue (Leeds City Centre)

• Each time I've attempted to go with friends they have been too hungry to justify waiting around for a table
• On this occasion it was 55 mins later
• Having sampled the best of Nashville last summer this wasn't a bad comparison which is praise indeed
• The brisket was very authentically Nashville
• The brisket I had was very fatty
• Only real complaint is that the place is VERY cramped
• To its language used in its menu's to even the voice mail that redirects you when you call them is oozing out their American nature
• Seated immediately even though we were about a half hour late from our reservation
• Each and every item on the menu was sounding equally delish so it took us quite a bit of time to get to finalize
• The Juicy Lucifer was also ordered by my friends which I was jealous I didn't order since that was the only thing seeming better than mine
• We also ordered a BBQ tray which was with a beef rib and chicken
• The chicken was nice and slow cooked so it was tender
• The beef rib kicked the chicken off the bar since it was superbly tender and had a fine taste to it
• Overall value for money was great with regards to the sizes of their portions too
• The Juicy Lucifer burger It was undoubtedly one of the best burgers I've ever had the jalapeñ
• Tango float It was average as well I'd try one of their shakes the next time (CHOCOLATE AND SALTED CARAMEL SHAKE MAYBE
• Onion rings These were hands down the best onion rings I've had till date its so big and crispy
• Smoked Cheese and Jalapeno Sausage It was so juicy and flavourful
• Dining at Reds is a true religious experience for your taste buds
• So what the wait is excruciating long
• Went with the lab bunch here and most of us had one if their burgers along with their fries (normal fries/swine fries/sweetpotato fries etc
• Their meat (chicken/pork/beef/ mix of more than one meat) and veggie burgers both were loved by their respective eaters
• The only thing I didn't really enjoy were their chicken wings chewy
• 5) VFM (0.75/1) I don't remeber how much the total bill for the 9 of us was but I do remember paying nearly £
• 15 for food and drinks (buy one get one or BOGO) and with 40% off for students
• Definitely recommended for a meat feast or even for their vegetarian beanie burger along with friends/family
• The staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your Reds experience is one to remember
• Their service was fast and very professional
