  • Arrived within the scheduled opening time at 11:45. All tables inside and outside empty and nil customers waiting outside! Greeted on arrival and confirmed ‘open’ only to be told bookings only. I questioned the logic behind the decision only to be informed this was a management decision. Feeling sorry and embarrassed for the young waitress, when I’m now informed by management to come back in 20 minutes? Why? The restaurant was empty and to confirm 40 minutes later it was still empty? Shocking customer service in need of staff training….

  • It was a Caribbean themed restaurant with a very different atmosphere

  • The desserts were good too with the cheese cake

  • Turtle Bay is one of my favourite places in Leamington
