• There have been mixed results from how the aesthetics were replicated and presented
• Some of these were with some restraints (i
• Being in a food court or an airport) and did with what they could to a good extent
• Has done the best efforts so far of what I have seen
• Most of what I can deduce from the look of a diner is via pop culture osmosis
• There were several American icons and images painted around the walls with country music blaring from the speakers
• Each table was decked out with the plastic red and white checkered tablecloths complete with the condiments basket in the middle with salt
• This makes a characteristic personality that is a pretty well replicated building all on the other side of the Atlantic
• One thing for sure is that it is not trying for the 1950's era style
• A choice of either barbeque or peri peri wings with a blue cheese dipping sauce (plus the decorative celery) and a side of ribs complete with coleslaw and Cajun spiced fries

• It shows he is a hard worker and is constantly preparing and cooking the meals out back
• After the deal was ordered and set up
• Both of them were milkshakes
• This was done with an actual shot of espresso (I saw the waiter get one from the coffee machine)
• The coffee flavour was most certainly there and it was not sweetened to much by the ice cream
• In fact it was sort of a inverse affogatto in many ways
• Starting out were the barbeque wings
• With tender chicken meat that came off the bone easily that there was little to no meat left at the end
• Alongside it was a tub of blue cheese sauce
• It proves again some combinations are often together because of just how well they co operate and work
• This time it is more because of contrast than similarity
• The next course was just as good as the last
• They did sort of need to be cut with a knife to separate the segment
• The pork meat was moreish and tender
• The coleslaw was more of a natural variety with a bit of vinegar and a bit of freshness amongst the rest of the meal
• This entire meal was great in itself
• The portions and proportions were both spot on and I left feeling just nicely full
• This is one that is really doing it with gusto
• It is making sure that it is like eating at an actual American place
