• Not many places are presumed for hipsters being the main clientele
• There is over a decade of experience with each coffee being hand crafted upon request
• I am not the best at understanding business models
• Yet what I can deduce from this is that it is for quality control so the best that they can provide can be provided
• You are on to a winner with this coffee house
• The times I went it was a combination of Costa Rican
• This created a sweet aroma and flavour with the cappuccinos
• The coffee was lithe in texture and served at a drinkable temperature warmed up without risking scorching your tongue
• I thought to get a little something with the coffee basically to be able to give a fairer analysis about the place
• Having had many of Pain au Chocolat in my time (it used to be the go to option I would request at patisseries and bakeries) I can attest that this was amongst the best that I have had
• Surrounding it was really flaky pastry with a buttery flavour and texture about it
• For a place that is based off being a coffee house this is unique
• The vibe is relaxed and there is now a place that gives focus to how the coffee is sourced and presented
• Whether it is something that you care about or not this is an indication of where the availability of the caffeinated beverage is headed in the city of Oxford
• It has a very laid back atmosphere and is an ideal alternative for students to pass a thesis writing day away from the department
