Noodle Nation (Oxford)

• I've heard that it's not particularly popular with Chinese/Asian students
• On my most recent visit I had the Firecracker Chilli chicken dish with egg fried rice
• It wasn't as spicy as I wanted and the sauce was very watery
• The waitress was too busy "
• The only positive was that we had an Oxford Key card and got 15% discount on our bill so it was a very cheap meal
• Must say I am in love with the food they served
• Few member in my family are vegetarians which was tricky for me but they have yumm recipes for them as well
• Otherwise Noodle Nation was a disappointment the noodles were dry and overflavoured
• The accompanying vegetables that went with my stir fry noodles were few an d far between
• Noodle Nation was my go to place for noodles in Oxford for years
• Low prices combined with generous portions and fast service made it one of the best student eateries in town
• Now their prices suggest they are trying to compete with sophisticated restaurants that deal in eastern cuisine like Wagamama
