• The salmon is also so fresh it has a texture that offers up just enough firmness to sink your teeth into satisfactorily before it melts

• They typically only open during University term time (because they are just that good)
• I have heard that their menu for other days are good as well
• We went there for lunch and were low on time
• So we took the forst opportunity when they were able to clear a table for us
• Two of us shared a table with four others
