Spicy Mint (Rusholme)

• I was suggested Spicy Hut as ond of the best in the cheap range
• Service and ambiance are as good as in most small indian restaurant
• The chutneys served with the papadum where quite good and tangy
• All in all spicy hut is a good place where to get a decent meal for little more than a tenner
• As usual we were greeted very well
• My friends were very impressed with the ambience and the quality of the food as one of them is a bit fussy
• (he thinks he is Gordon Ramsey) but even he was bowled over by the taste and the quality
• My recommendation is always finish off with the homemade Firnee
• My chicken tikka madras was was like Heinz tomato soup with a bit of spice added
• The chicken clearly hadn't been marinated and it was really tough
• Was surprised it was this bad when they had such a good rating
• Placed in the curry mile with hundreds of options around they should buckle up and improve the tastes before it's too late
