• This is definitely one of the best pubs in Manchester
• Super Sangria what they had earlier was among the best in the world
• Really good Paela with chicken don't forget to squeeze lemon juice on the rice
• I had high hopes and ventured over the threshold expecting to be brought back to the streets of Trinidad but instead was left waiting in the layover departure terminal
• I had a chargrilled steak skewer which was incredibly salty Cuban knows how to flavour food and this was anything but
• The side of beans was nice but again
• The fennel slaw featured very little slaw and was a massive portion (think the tub you would pick up in a supermarket
• It is a beautifully decked out interior and the live band but a pep in my step on a Tuesday but the service was slow and the food at least what I ordered was not worth raving about
• Perhaps one to stop by for drinks with mates rather than have a feed
• We then paid and asked for a straw for the mojito and he just signaled us (because the music was too loud) saying no straws
• Another barman was close and we asked him for a straw
• Our waitress was very attentive and ensured our prosecco glasses were always topped up
• My friend and I were going to an evening show at Manchester Opera House
• The drinks were served promptly when we arrived and when our food arrived it was hot
• We were served by Ethan and despite us being very demanding with our drink requests he kept us all with a full glass throughout
• We all had a very enjoyable afternoon and are planning to return again soon
