Red's True Barbecue (Deansgate)

• Incredible is really only the way to describe it
• Had such a delicious slowly pulled pork plate that came served with a buttermilk slaw nom
• Went for BBQ Greens that weren't what I was expecting but was delicious none the same (expected grilled brocolli/asparagus etc but got a sauteed cabbage side instead)
• Was intrigued by the sweet potato sweetcorn bread but was left wanting was weirdly carb/starchy and then sweet
• If a mans cave is what you're after this is the place to be
• Arrived without a booking and the place was packed on a Wed evening which is a good sign
• Ordered the half ribs and the bbq chicken with sweet potato fries and beans on the side
• Craft beers were very good too
• Pig's candy burger fries etc etc everything was actually really good
• The donut burger is a sacrilege btw
• The burgers are really nice and tasty
• Barbecue food is relatively quick
• Their service is still quick even when they&rsquo

• The youngest had a kids meal which was free in a deal
• They also do a tray of sauces which are all amazing with your fries to dip
