Hawksmoor Manchester (Deansgate)

• Obviously steaks are what they are know
• Other dishes are excellent eg Smoked Salmon
• Fabulous deep fried balls of melt in your mouth slow cooked beef with a creamy cheese centre
• Also known as the best sandwich on the planet
• A sweet brioche bun stuffed with braised short rib of beef
• They had an excellent cocktail menu and all the bar staff were very helpful and accommodating
• When we were sat at our table we ordered a starters of smoked salmon which was delicious and then the roast rib of beef to share
• It was one of the best roast dinners I&rsquo
• Ve hand and the beef was cooked to perfection
• Again all the staff were extremely helpful and were lovely to talk to
• Not feeling like they were in a rush to get to the next table is a rarity
• Chips (+ Grilled bone marrow) part of early meal offer with a salad starter to die
