The Botanist (Deansgate)

• Even though they were really busy on Saturday afternoon the service was pretty damn good
• Deli boards are just the ticket with lots of small picks to choose from
• I tried the falafels and sweet potato lentil pie it was out of the world
• Really liked the place and the service was phenomenal
• I booked an early 5pm table as we were attending a concert in the area
• I was surprised how quiet it was compared to the Leeds one which is always buzzing
• They were ok but could have done with a bit more cooking
• The service was excellent and I can highly recommend the cocktail menu
• I ordered the steak with ordinary fries
• Feel the ordinary chips are over seasoned
• Came over and chatted and made sure i was enjoying my steak
• Everyone in the group was more than happy with what they'd ordered
• The staff were friendly and our waiter Matt was particularly helpful
• Been here tonight for a quiet meal with girlfriend after seeing a picture of the hanging kebabs on the we love manchester website
• Amazing cocktails together with great beer menu
