Bollywood Masala (Castlefield)

• It took them 25 minutes to come and ask us for our order (we asked twice when are they coming)
• Only to get told with terrible customer service the food was
• The real icing on the cake was when they eventually bought the meals out
• We complained and was told that would not be putting on the bill and we want get a special discount
• They tried putting it on there and there was no discount
• We ended up complaining again and the meal was struck off
• 3 hours in a busy restaurant with 4 lots of complaints for a sub standard meal
• They were pretty quick in delivery but that is the only good part
• The biryani was somewhat good
• It was cold outside but the restaurant was lovely and warm
• Initially there was an issue with the amount of discount but this was resolved swiftly by Innocent
• The veg mix starter and fish starters were freshly made and were delicious
