Tsujiri (Soho)

• I found out they were launching the new store in London couple weeks before they first opened
• I had been waiting (impatiently) for the store to open as I knew these was going to be good
• Just sweet enough soft ice cream but intensified with bitterness from matcha paired with genmai (extra 50p for the topping) paired with crisp waffle cone was like a match made in heaven

• We of course were there to support them on their grand opening day in London
• Tsujiri is a traditional Japanese tea brand which was established in 1860
• Their core philosophy is to serve the best quality green tea
• The green tea leaves are carefully selected from Uji in Kyoto &ndash
• I had the matcha sundae and I had some doubts about the rice crispies in the sundae but it's a lovely touch as it's crispy and somewhat tasteless which goes nicely with the strong matcha flavour
• I had the Shiratama Sundae which was a perfect blend of Matcha soft serve
• As a recap Tsujiri is a Japanese dessert chain with a 155 year history
• Re very good and with a price tag to match
• 5.80) which are like smaller than McDonalds one
• The soft serve is a much better variety though
• The former is another type of green tea
