Tigerbay Shisha Lounge (Colindale)

• On one occasion we had an issue with the Shisha Hookah not working properly and asked management if they could change it but they refused on the basis that we had blown water into the flavour tobacco
• On another occassion the guy changing the coal had blown the ash into the air which went into our drinks which they also refused to replace as it was ash and in their words 'it can be taken out'
• Eventually after a long heated dispute with management our drinks were finally replaced
• They went in there with only one intention and that was to smash the place to bits
• This is not somewhere we you can dine with family and friends
• Doesn't matter if your spending loads with them seems all they care about is their money
• I personally was calming the person involved down and it was working when their security guard came and told me he needs to take the person upstairs
• Told him to wait 2 minutes till i knew the guy was completely calm and what treatment do I get
• To make it worse when asking for an apology it was given half heartedly and the security guard refused to give his name or ID because he knew I wanted to report him
• Management were not much more help either
• Personally I think everyone should know what type of place this is and the type of people they employ as well
• Do a refit and become shit with their customer service
• Wouldn't be surprised if the place was involved in dodgy business either tbh as I don't think the security guard that threw me was a registered security guard
• I am really disappointed with the service supplied for the Karoga at Tiger Bay
• Something that is supposed to be a new venture
• Not only was she rude but also telling us (less than 24hrs before the event) to go to their competitors (Black horse in Pinner) if we are not happy with what they want to supply us
• Also I believe she was really unprofessional in messaging at 2 am the night before the event and changing the price plans as to what was originally agreed
• If someone is not aware of what was agreed
• They should liaise with her managers before getting into an argument with potential customers
• We were informed that the cooking pots were the most popular
• By the time the meat was cooked there was no way enough nan breads for the number we paid
• The main booking person was asking for the money as soon as the main guest arrived
• To be honest it is not a place I will go to for the Karoga experience
• I understand this is new to tiger bay but
• If initial booking is a nightmare you are better off elsewhere
• I can assure that chair is not even worth that much
• I have been here twice since it was revamped and can safely say
• His work ethic is brilliant and strives on you having a great experience
• Me to give a rating above a 3 which is very average means it has to be something to impress
• On this occasion I was not only impressed but beyond impressed
• Ordered a mango tango flavour the flavour was incredible and the smoke was extremely smooth
• Hakka noodles which were delicious and followed by a hot chocolate brownie with ice cream
• Only let down stopping it from getting a 5/5 is the location
• The music was quite unique for a shisha lounge with a mix of rnb
• One of the best lounges around
• I was fully satisfied with the service I was provided with
• Was very unique with a lovely atmosphere
• As soon as I stepped in the atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very pleasant
• Me and my misses was guided by the staff to the vip where we were served Junaid and he was amazing
• The shisha was by far the best shisha I have had in any shisha lounge and I have to say the food was even better
• As a shishaholic I visit many shisha lounges all over but I have to say that the shisha at Tiger Bay has to be the best shisha I have ever tried anywhere
• The interior decor is one of a kind with the water features
• Colour theme and well invested furniture which is by far the best I've seen anywhere including Syon Lounge and Sandflames
• The VIP area and garden are jus beautiful
• I ordered an Iron Brew and Sour Skittles shisha which was kindly recommended by one of the staff who guaranteed I'd love it and if not offered to change the flavour
• So tasty and the only time I have had a shisha that tasted like it was supposed to
• All in all I now know why Tigerbay Shisha Lounge (Colindale) is so busy and it is well worth a visit
• Keep it up tiger bay and good luck with all your new venues
• Had a nice evening last night atmosphere was on point yesterday staff were friendly they recommended me a fantastic flavour which was Frozen Zest which
• Amazing shisha with amazing music
• The food would get mixed review some were great the others not so much grilled mushroom veg munchurian
• Twix milkshake and bombay pan masala with kiwi orange were the good parts of my visit good place to hangout and chill
• The food here is amazing the chilli garlic chicken and grill wings are amazing here
• Dangerous environment gang related fights had occurred where shisha bottles were thrown around
• We were left in complete shock with the situation and how it was handled in the establisment
• We had asked for our drinks containing glass to be replaced which was a 40min wait
• Once food arrived it was cold and we had to ask for it to be returned
• The last manager threatened us and was aggressive while refusing any help or refunds
• The food is over priced and the atmosphere is hostile and youll walked away feeling crap
• I've been to many and this is not a good choice
