Royal Peri Peri (Hampstead)

• The owner of this shop is flat out rude and ungrateful toward his customers
• The chicken is hit and miss but the last time I visited the shop the chips actually tasted like cleaning detergent like he had not washed out the fryer properly after cleaning it
• When I complained and asked for a refund he started raising his voice in front of another customer and stated that I was in the wrong because my taste buds were apparently defective
• I had to argue with him about consumer law for 5 minutes before he issued me with a refund
• I'm also going to report him to the food standards agency as there really was something off about the taste of his fries and his chicken
• I initially asked for just a chicken burger but then wanted a water to go with it but he charged me more than a meal without informing me that a meal is cheaper
• His only excuse is that he asked if I wanted a meal
• What is it that he is running away from
