Papa's Pizza and Chicken (Hounslow)

• The pizza that is offered is of good value
• I have ordered 12'' Kentucky with spicy chicken
• Walking home I could smell those onions but I was still hoping it maybe a smell from adjacent restaurants
• No onions this time and with plenty of cheese
• I asked to speak to the manager yet the manager was not available
• As the manager was not around
• I was told they were not able to give me a refund
• I am writing this review with very dry eyes and a heavy sensation in my chest
• Rating of 2 instead of 1 is only because I have been a satisfied customer before today
• The best thing is you can replace your toppings on the pizza of your choice
• Especially tasty is the peri peri chicken
• Their food is always fresh and their pizzas are not bad at all
• Person who attended us was tooooo good in his suggestion
