New Capital Kebab (Turnpike Lane)

• The only reason this doesn't get 5 bottles is because it is a kebab shop and I just couldn't go overboard
• Now I am convinced (and I think this is true) that the meat on the doners are all done in the same warehouse so the meats in most places isn't different
• The sauces are really what set this apart
• The garlic sauce is creamy and has herbs but isn't too garlicky
• The chili sauce is a tomato chili sauce that has just the right amount of heat
• I have to also admit that the red cabbage is actually quite nice on the whole sandwich
• Definitely one of the best kebabs in the country
