Koshari Street (Covent Garden)

• Having never tried Egyptian food before so was not sure what to expect
• Its a tiny place with great value food nestled smartly among the hustle and bustle of London's busy streets
• Honestly speaking it sounds quite weird pasta+lentils+tomato+rice but to my surprise it was YUMMY and quite appetizing
• The ingredients are sourced straight from the farms of Europe and thus have that authentic flavour and taste
• The sauce they use is simply incredible
• This was the only local dish that we truly loved (other than fattah) as the chilli sauce is served on the side and we could up the heat quotient as much as we liked
• It's a bit time consuming with the different pastas
• Koshari street offers a selection of chilli sauces with their kosharis and we obviously favour the king chilli the spiciest one
• One of the best koshari I had ever tried
• One thing I didn't like is that the place is very small so you have to eat quickly to allow others to sit
• Your visit to London is not counted unless you tried Koshari Street so give it a try
• Koshari Street (Covent Garden) is certainly worth a try
• Rice and pasta added with sauce and fried onion
• This all mixed together is really healthy but due to it's garlic sauce and the spice powder( the name I don't remember)
• We tried the medium bowl of koshari combo which was koshari and balati salad
• Salad with a tasty twist is what I would call it
• Koshari Street (Covent Garden) is definitely worth a try
