• Really disappointed to have to do this but downgrading what was a 5 star review down to a 2 star one
• The service is completely dependant on the mood of the main man who works there
• When he's in a good mood he is not only polite and good at his job
• When he's in a bad mood things are very different
• He added that service charge (which he doesn't usually charge me) is an added 10%
• This insistence I pay an incorrect sum was clarification
• The entrance at the front is quite narrow
• The time before that (this was before I recognised him as I sometimes need to see people a few times before I do
• Louder and louder as I was backing out of the shop
• It was very odd What he didn't know was I was actually going to talk to him about bringing a group of food loving Londoners (with wallets as big as their appetites) down to check out the place
