• The staff here is very prompt
• The food here is very refreshing and delicious
• The hygiene here is something to be applauded
• The food was excellent and was cooked to perfection
• The service was pretty quick and efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly
• Istanbul Mangal (Kilburn) is quite reasonable as well
• The ambience is great as Istanbul Mangal (Kilburn) is quite comfortable
• I won't go into detail on the taste of the food it was not enjoyable but then that could easily be for the fact that there was a fingernail in my Lamb Chops &
• Upon vocalising my displeasure he offered for the dish to be re cooked which I explained was pointless since it was a dry dish
• We were presented with the bill at the end
• We thought this would be the moment where a gesture is made in the way of an apology for the nail
• By the end voices were being raised
• It still left a sour taste in the mouth so we decided the best thing we could do is write this review
• The service was very good and the staff was warm and friendly
• The ambience was great and comfortable
• Everything was good I would love to visit Istanbul Mangal (Kilburn) again and again
