  • List the restaurant as 'sold out' when the kitchen is too busy to provide a decent service

  • A 2 hour 10 min wait for food is not acceptable

  • Only one driver on a Friday night come on it's not like this is the first Friday night you have taken orders

  • When food arrived it was very average

  • This is the second and last time I will book through these sites as there is no concept of saying no to orders

  • If I walked into the restaurant and it was full i'd be turned away

  • The delivery driver was clueless and couldn't really speak English apart from the word busy

  • I told him I am getting a chargeback and that was it and never again

  • Shame the food was better than most Chinese takeaways but the service is abysmal
