The cupcakes are an art form
-
What a great place to sit and people watch with some lovely coffee
-
Gail's cafe however does really stand out with all the freshly baked pretty cakes on its display
-
It has quite a small seating area but that wouldn't really put you off as the design and how it's organised is very inviting
-
The Mocha is different from what you usually get from mainstream cafes but I didn't get to know what it is that makes it different
-
The carrot cake we had was really good
-
We ordered chai latte but it was a bit of a disapppintment and tasted more like milk w cinnamon
-
I think that for the product that they are serving is not worth it
-
You can find in the area better place with high quality and less price
-
A great branch in soho with good selection of freshly baked bread
-
I had absolutely no idea where I was at the time (Soho
-
Turns out it was Gail's Bakery I was at
-
What I really remember was that the cakes are lovely and in particular the chocolate fondant
-
Gail's Bakery (Soho) is a delight for a coffee and a natter if you can grab a rare table
-
Aren't all the best places small in Soho
-
Gails is on the ever popular Wardour Street and was very busy at lunchtime when I arrived
-
Luckly myself and friend managed to grab a seat as 2 people were just leaving phew
-
The smells and the food was display was very appealing and to be honest we both had difficultly choosing what to have
-
Pulled BBQ Brisket Toastie and Olive Brioche the food was amazing and hit the mark
-
Oh the coffee was half bad too and we shared a carrot cake
-
That was moist with just the right amount of tang and sweetness for me
-
I was initially going to get a tart when I realised there was a small breakfast menu
-
The pancakes were delicious and simple and flavoured perfectly
-
The iced latte was also perfect
-
Their chai latte is my favourite
-
Service is great but when it is busy make sure you get in the line
-
I do feel less bad when I realize that many of them are a hit and miss
-
The service was quick and efficient
