• As weekends are the only times I can afford sitting down and enjoying a hearty meal
• Lunch breaks during Saturday college classes were particularly challenging
• Realised that list was only bound to grow
• Ve finally come to terms with the irreconcilable conflict between my Mediterranean habits and British meal times
• The eating area was flooded by sunlight
• T leave me craving for more is not something I come across very often
• This coffee place where you can also find a proper lunch option and a piece of desert/cake to take away is such a life saver when you are in a hurry
• Not the wi fi coffee shop with the cool interiors to settle down and spend a considerable time with ever changing coffee cups on your table
• We all four chose paninis and baguettes which were fresh and tasty
• One of my eating partners and I looking at the same two decided to share one with brie and one with goats cheese
• I think she is Polish or something
• The Italian little guy who makes the coffee doesn't seem to like or enjoy his job is not only rude but also has really bad manners
• Maybe you should get another shit job rather then treat people with disrespect
• The price is very very over priced and the customer service is really shit
• When you want a refund she was still shouting at me
• I'm not english but I hate people who come from low standards bad education and is unhappy on this country but don't want to go back because they don't have any stability
• I have no idea who is the owner or managing this shop
• They must find other people or they are like this people themselves
• Great food and the best Chai Latte in town
• One thing I don't like in life is bad service
• No one else was in the customer queue except for me
• She could see I was there but continued to chat until I interrupted them
• Focus on and be present with your customer and get them to read a fascinating book on customer service called Fish
• Whilst the paninis and coffee's are quite expensive
• I've always been content with paying that bit extra to support an independent cafe
• I don't like the feeling that I'm constantly being overpriced with no justification
• Chain of command is flawed as despite several attempts of me providing them with constructive criticism of their pricing model nothing has changed and they appear to be unwilling to compromise
• It seems evident they are uninterested in customer retention
• Sweet goods are wide ranging
• Because the owner blonde haired lady was abusing the staff
