Las Iguanas (City Centre)

• Ve been to a few launch parties now but none with latin dancers and such a party atmosphere as Las Iguanas on West Nile Street
• They are very proud of their caipirinhas because they make them with their own branded cachaca
• They were generous with the food too
• It started with the tortilla chips
• Salsa and guacamole that was on the tables then the staff started handing out a selection of food from their menu
• There were shot glasses with various sauces like black bean &
• My favourite was the garlic mushroom quesadilla &ndash
• I came with a vegetarian and when the PR lady found out she returned with a veggie platter especially for her
• So glad we did because everything was delicious and Pina Coladas were £
• We shared starters including really tasty pork belly skewers with a pineapple salsa (Anticuchos) and a cheese fondue with crispy potato cubes
• The salad (Fiesta Ensalada) was a great mix of vegetables
• Lovely drinks too with particularly good margaritas
• 119 for three courses for 4 people with drinks it was pretty good value for money
