Koolba Restaurant (Merchant City)

• They started out with another place in the area but moved to current premises
• The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is attentive
• Everything is good on the menu
• My personal favourite is the garlic chilli chicken and prawns with basmati rice and nan
• I went here last month with my friends to celebrate our reunion
• We ordered masala chai with gulab jamuns
• We had quite a good experience as the place was cosy and food was delicious
• T like about them was their staff who was arrogant with us
• They were talking to us as if they are frustrated
• This kind of behaviour in hospitality industry is not good as you have to prioritise customers
• The restaurant is good and you can enjoy good Indian meals with family and friends
• The curry I had (lamb karahi) was very bland and under seasoned
• Visited on Saturday at 6pm (had made a reservation as we were using an Itison voucher)
• T get the main waiters name but he was a laugh and very friendly
