Gennaro's (Anniesland)

• Previous haddock suppers were suberb but tonight 11/6/14 you let yourselves down namely the fish was dry and didnt even taste like haddock
• Hoping this is a one off slip and not you going down the slippery slope of so many other chippies in thinking the public dont notice
• The 16inch pizza is close to being 14"
• I recall a 16 inch pizza deal with 2 chips and drink used to cost £
• My honest opinion is to stay away from Gennaro's (Anniesland)
• Once a month treat and get a delivery and it is always prompt and warm and cheery service and very efficient
• Went in after getting a train to Anniesland and ordered a sausage supper was told that the chips would take 5 mins to cook
• Because we would miss our train (our train is every 30 mins) We decided that we would come back and just get the next train because we like'D this chippy
• The natural assumption would be we would make the next train due at 8.50 since this is right next to the train station how wrong could i be
• The guy who was working called my partner back in (fair enough he was looking at the fish because we were hungry) we thought it was to say sorry again
• Well this comment was totally irrelevant paying customers and who did enjoy occasionally having food from you as there is no other chippy around us
• I was only told of this surcharge when the delivery man had arrived and was extremely rude when we asked why we were charged
