Elia (Merchant City)

• It was warm inside with only an occasional chill from the door opening
• We started with tsatsiki and toasted pita it was delicious with loads of garlic &
• Nice sized portions and although I cannot comment on value for money (at SA exchange rate EVERYTHING is outrageous) my sister thought it was reasonable
• We had baclava for dessert with very strong coffee
• A very good quality lunch with fast efficient service just what I was looking for on a rainy afternoon in Glasgow
• By restaurant I mean somewhere with table service
• The place was well occupied even when it was way past their closing time
• Staff was a bit disinterested may be cause we were there post their closing hours
• Glasgow served very good qualities of food service is friendly and helping
